Country Options/Strategies for Economic Recovery and Job Creation

Please register for the Jobs for Africa Foundation Webinar to be held on Monday 28th September 2020 from 1500 to 1630 hr Central European Time

Our inspirational dialogue on “Taking #Africa to the next level by building #sustainable #enterprises#skills development and #entrepreneurship” continues. This time we will be holding a webinar on Africa post-COVID-19 : Country options for #economic recovery and #job creation.

Although Africa has had fewer COVID-19 cases when compared to other affected regions, the economic impact has been much higher. As the Managing Director of the #IMFKristalina Georgieva put it , just like people with pre-existing conditions, countries with weaker economic fundamentals suffer more from COVID-19.

#crisis also presents #opportunities and Africa can exploit these opportunities if the right policy options are implemented. To discuss these policy options in order to boost economic recovery and above all job creation, join the President of the Jobs for Africa Foundation and representatives from premier African institutions such as the African Union Commission and the African Development Bank in what promises to be a rich webinar.
